Mr. Reed concentrates his practice in the areas of Estate Planning and Estate Administration, Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Local Government, and Commercial Property Tax Assessment Appeals, having been trial counsel for the case which set the standards for the assessment of industrial establishments in Pennsylvania, Jones and Laughlin Tax Assessment Case 405 Pa. 421 (1961).
Mr. Reed has years of experience as trial counsel for many litigants and he is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He has represented the Townships of Brighton and Darlington for over 50 years.
