One of Georgia's oldest and most respected law firms, Ranitz, Mahoney, Mahoney & Pace, P.C. has a history of providing high quality legal solutions to satisfy the needs of individual clients and corporations.
Nearly eight decades of experience:
Founded in 1935, Ranitz, Mahoney, Mahoney & Pace, P.C. is a legal practice robust in legal ability and in history. Even our office building, the Lachlan McIntosh House, has its place in Georgia's golden yesteryear as the oldest brick building in the state and an early home of the state's provisional legislature.
Ours is a family-founded firm, working in the community for three generations and serving clients throughout Georgia and South Carolina.
Trusted counsel:
To deliver consistent results, we find that it is crucial to maintain the bonds of trust between attorney and client. We attribute our high rate of success partly to the fact that we are so intertwined with our community. We support local initiatives and large local businesses and serve as legal counsel to the Georgia Port Authority. Our firm is well-respected for its history of excellence and also because we are so dedicated to the clients we serve.
Attorneys at our firm combine the energy and drive of youth with the seasoning of life and legal experience. Our firm consists of:
-Robert S.D. Pace - Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law, J.D., 2003
-Thomas J. Mahoney III - University of Georgia, J.D., 1988. Thomas J. Mahoney III is BV Distinguished Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell for his professionalism and ethics.
-Thomas J. Mahoney, Jr. - University of South Carolina, J.D., 1960. Thomas J. Mahoney, Jr. is AV Preeminent Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest recognition possible in the legal industry.
