Randi Johnson

Attorney Randi Johnson focuses her law practice on a range of disability law issues. Primarily, she advocates on behalf of the disabled in their claims for Service-Connected Veterans benefits, Social Security Disability Insurance and SSI benefits, and Workers Compensation benefits. She has significant experience, ranging from Initial Applications through Federal District Court appeals. Since 2007, Randi has covered 39 states and Puerto Rico, handling over 1200 Social Security hearings. In 2010, the Veterans Administration certified Randi as an accredited attorney to take claims on behalf of Veterans.

Over the course of her practice, Randi observed that many disabled clients were simultaneously applying for multiple benefits programs. Rather than force a client to seek additional attorneys to handle all their cases, Randi decided to augment the focus areas of her disability practice. Adding these 3 types of disability law practices provides clients the opportunity to have one attorney handle these sensitive issues and reduces the need to repeat their stories over and over again to different attorneys. This is especially critical with individuals who have experienced significant emotional and/or physical traumas.

Having practiced in both the large and small firm environments, Randi's experience guides her advocacy and service for her clients. Randi believes in getting to know her clients. It is important to Randi that her clients understand the claims process, and that each individual client is provided with the information necessary to make informed decisions about their case/s. Randi makes it a priority to see that a client feels they were provided the opportunity to exercise their rights, win or lose regardless of the outcome.

Outside the office, Randi stays very busy with her husband and toddler. She enjoys road cycling and has completed the STP Seattle to Portland bike classic twice. Originally from Miami, Florida, she does miss the warmth of the Atlantic beaches but cannot imagine waking up without those beautiful mountains within arm's reach.
