Auto Accident
Motor Vehicle Accidents
Car, truck and motorcycle accidents play a large role in personal injury law. We understand the complexities of auto insurance and how insurance providers will attempt to undervalue settlements in an effort to save themselves money. Whether you have suffered irreversible physical impairments, like paralysis, or you are struggling with delayed injury symptoms, like chronic headaches, we can help you.
Personal Injury
Accidents happen, but that does not give much solace to the people injured in those accidents. They end up struggling to recover their personal health and their financial stability a struggle that may last a lifetime.
Premises Liability

Property owners have a duty to maintain a safe premises, whether it involves residential or commercial property. If you were harmed as a customer or guest on someone's land or in a rental building, you may have a claim. This harm may involve physical injuries sustained in a simple slip-and-fall, or injuries caused by negligent security (i.e., broken locks that allowed unlawful entry).

Workplace Accidents

Workers' compensation is afforded to any employee who is involved in an accident at work. Unfortunately, despite legal requirements, many employers and their insurance companies will still assert that injuries caused by accidents, repetitive motions or exposure to harmful substances were not caused by work. You need an experienced attorney to make sure you collect what you deserve.

Product Liability

Product designers, manufacturers and distributors all must follow strict regulations when bringing consumer goods to market. Some products, like pharmaceuticals, medical devices and auto parts, are often full of defects that cause injury. Make sure you get the facts and take action if you have been injured due to a defective product.

Medical And Nursing Negligence

While medical professionals are tasked to care for patients, they make mistakes just like anyone else. Doctor errors and sometimes intentional wrongdoing in hospitals, nursing homes and adult care facilities result in devastating injuries and sometimes even death. Do not hesitate to work with an attorney if you have been injured due to medical malpractice or a loved one has been lost due to wrongful death.
