The First Choice In Foreclosure Defense
If you're facing foreclosure, then you've come to the right place. The skilled attorneys at RA & Associates can implement many different strategies that can stop home foreclosure in its tracks. Our real estate attorneys will take the time to evaluate your case and determine the best options to try to immediately put a stop to your foreclosure.

In addition, your foreclosure defense attorney will evaluate your case to see whether it is better to file a wrongful foreclosure lawsuit, or if it makes more sense to file bankruptcy and propose a feasible plan to catch up the past due house payments. A few foreclosure alternatives may include loan modification, forbearance, short sale, reinstatement, and repayment plans.

Here's what we can get you:
-Stop or postpone your foreclosure sale date
-Lower your mortgage payments
-Lower your principle balance
-Get you compensation from your lender
-Reclaim a foreclosed home
