How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?
Jerry Quinn commenced his career in estate planning and probate upon realizing that many families were being provided sub-par Estate and Medicaid Plans and that they were receiving lackluster advocacy in the probate courts.
What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others
Mr. Quinn engaged in a rigorous program through Michiganâs Institute for Continuing Legal Education (ICLE) and received his certification in Estate Planning and Probate. In addition to real world experience, Mr. Quinn continues to stay abreast of the latest probate laws and planning trends through his membership in ICLE and his membership in the national organization Wealth Counsel.
