Mr. Puff was born and raised in the City of Woodbury, New Jersey. After attending Woodbury High School and graduating from the Hill School, in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, Mr. Puff attended Bucknell University. In 1975, Mr. Puff graduated from Bucknell with a Bachelor of Arts Degree.

After graduation from Bucknell, Mr. Puff attended the College of William and Mary Marshall-Wythe Law School, which is the oldest law school in the United States. Upon graduation from law school in 1978, Mr. Puff returned to his roots and began practicing in the City of Woodbury. Mr. Puff served as the Municipal Court Prosecutor for the City of Woodbury for seven years and zoning board solicitor for Logan Township for four years.

Mr. Puff opened Puff & Associates (now, Puff & Cockerill LLC) at 122 Delaware Street, Woodbury, New Jersey. Currently, Mr. Puff’s personal practice is concentrated in Estate Planning, Estate Litigation, Wills and Trusts, Elder Law, Medicaid Planning, and Real Estate law.

Puff & Cockerill has been a longstanding and involved member of the Woodbury and Gloucester County Chamber of Commerce. Currently, Mr. Puff serves as the attorney for the Greater Woodbury Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Puff is also a member of the Gloucester County Bar Association and Camden County Bar Association, and he is Chairman of the Gloucester County Real Estate Committee and Gloucester County Probate Committee.

Christine Cockerill

Christine C. Cockerill grew up in the nearby community of Wallingford, Pennsylvania and has been a resident of Gloucester County for the past 23 years. Her husband, Stephen, is a lifelong resident of Barnsboro, New Jersey.

After graduating with honors from Villanova University in 1990, Ms. Cockerill pursued her law degree at Villanova University School of Law. Ms. Cockerill served as summer law clerk in 1991 in the Federal Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, to the Honorable Charles Weiner. As a third-year law student, Ms. Cockerill was certified by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania to prosecute domestic violence cases for Delaware County Legal Aid. She was the recipient of the Wapner, Newman & Wigrizer Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy in 1993. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the Villanova University School of Law in 1993.

Ms. Cockerill went on to serve as law clerk to the Honorable John D’Amico, Jr., Chancery Division, Family Part, Monmouth County, for the 1993-94 term. Since the conclusion of her clerkship, her practice has been devoted to family law, complex matrimonial litigation, interstate and international support and custody issues, and assisted reproductive technology law.

In 1998, Ms. Cockerill was named Young Lawyer of the Year by the New Jersey State Bar Association. She received the Award of Merit from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in 1998 as well. Ms. Cockerill received the Woman in Law Award from the Gloucester County Commission on Women in 2002, and the E. Henrietta Roesler, Esquire Women in Law Award, from the Gloucester County Bar Association Women in Law Committee, in 2010.

Ms. Cockerill has served as a Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelist in Monmouth, Camden, Salem and Gloucester Counties. She is a member of the Gloucester County and New Jersey State Bar Associations, as well as the Family Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Ms. Cockerill served as Trustee for the Gloucester County Bar Association, from 2001-2007, and as Co-Chairperson for the Gloucester County Family Law Committee from 2003 to 2016. She has acted as a presenter for the Putting Children First Seminars in the Gloucester County Family Court.

In 2011, Ms. Cockerill became a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association Family Law Executive Committee. She is currently a member of the Statewide MESP Panel Chair Committee.

In connection with her assisted reproductive technology practice, Ms. Cockerill represents clients for adoptions, gestational carrier agreements, donor egg agreements, and establishment of parental rights and status after gestational carrier birth.

In addition to her family law and assisted reproductive technology practice, Ms. Cockerill is a New Jersey Court Rule 1:40 Approved Mediator, and accepts mediation clients for family law issues including, but not limited to, custody, support, equitable distribution of property, dissolution of marriages and civil unions.

Ms. Cockerill has volunteered additional time in service to the bench and bar, as a Member of the Gloucester County Domestic Violence Advisory Committee, the Vicinage Liaison Committee on Best Practices, and the New Jersey State Bar Association Speaker’s Bureau. She has volunteered both on the board, and as a speaker for Laws of Separation and Divorce Workshops provided through the Center for People in Transition community project, at Rowan College at Gloucester County.

Barbara Barclay Moore

Barbara Barclay Moore was born and raised in Clayton, New Jersey. Ms. Moore graduated from Clayton High School as Salutatorian of her class. In an unprecedented feat, Ms. Moore received an Honor from the Gloucester County Board of Chosen Freeholders for having never missed a day of school, nor ever being late to school from Kindergarten through 12th grade.

Ms. Moore attended Ursinus College, in Collegeville, Pennsylvania, where she received a degree in Political Science and a minor in communications. Upon graduating Ursinus College in 1989, Ms. Moore pursued her law degree at Oklahoma City University School of Law. As a third-year law student, Ms. Moore worked at an Indian Legal Clinic in Oklahoma City. In 1992, Ms. Moore graduated with her Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University Law School. Ms. Moore was a member of the Who’s Who Among American Law Students. In addition, Ms. Moore served as President of the Iota Tau Tau Women’s Legal Fraternity at Oklahoma City University School of Law.

Since graduation from law school, Ms. Moore has devoted her legal practice to family law, specifically focusing in the areas of divorce, adoptions, custody and other child support matters and domestic violence.

Ms. Moore serves as a panelist on the Matrimonial Early Settlement Panel (“M.E.S.P.”) for Gloucester County, Camden County, and Salem County. Further, Ms. Moore is also appointed by the Court of Gloucester County and her fellow colleagues to perform personal property mediation.

Ms. Moore is a prior member of the Board of Directors of the PASA. She is a volunteer as a speaker for the Laws of Separation and Divorce Workshop which is a project through the Gloucester County College for the Center for People in Transition.

In addition to her practice, Ms. Moore donates her time representing clients through South Jersey Legal Services program on a pro bono basis. She is also a member of the Inns of Court.

In her personal life, Ms. Moore resides in Gloucester County with her family. She is a Copper Certified Wrestling Coach through U.S.A. Wrestling. She is a volunteer for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Awareness Charity. Ms. Moore has participated in the Mother’s Day Breast Cancer Walk.

Her parents continue to be lifelong residents of the Borough of Clayton and are the former owners of the Barclay Funeral Home in Clayton, New Jersey.

Ronald Sierzega

Mr. Sierzega was born and raised in the Lehigh Valley in Pennsylvania. He graduated as a National Merit Scholar from Whitehall High School, in Whitehall, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Sierzega attended Villanova University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree. During his time at Villanova University, Mr. Sierzega was President of Sigma Nu Fraternity, as well as the Treasurer of the Interfraternity Council.

Following graduation, Mr. Sierzega returned to attend Villanova University Law School, where he graduated with his Juris Doctor in 1995. After graduating from law school, Mr. Sierzega practiced at a defense firm in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Mr. Sierzega moved to Hoffman DiMuzio, in Gloucester County, where he headed their commercial department. Mr. Sierzega has over 20 years experience as a practicing New Jersey Attorney and has lived in Gloucester County for the past 17 years.

Mr. Sierzega took the opportunity to join Puff & Cockerill at the beginning of 2008. Jonathan Ivans

Jonathan R. Ivans was born in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania and raised in Willingboro, New Jersey. Mr. Ivans graduated from John F. Kennedy High School in 1983. During high school, Mr. Ivans played football and participated in track/field. During high school, Mr. Ivans was also a member of the National Honor Society and Key Club.

Mr. Ivans attended West Chester University, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. He graduated from West Chester University cum laude in 1987. While at West Chester University, Mr. Ivans was a member of Pi Gamma Mu, which is an international honor society for students studying in the Social Sciences.

Upon graduation from West Chester University, Mr. Ivans pursued his law degree at Widener University School of Law. Mr. Ivans graduated with his Juris Doctor in 1990. During law school, Mr. Ivans wrote for the Delaware Law Forum and participated as a volunteer with the Post-Conviction Relief Clinic.

After graduating law school, Mr. Ivans clerked for both the Honorable Paul R. Porreca, Presiding Judge in the Criminal Division-Camden County and the Honorable Leon A. Wingate, Criminal Division-Camden County.

Following his clerkship, Mr. Ivans entered private practice concentrating his legal practice in the areas of Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation, Employment law, Bankruptcy, Wills and Estates and Municipal Court matters. Mr. Ivans has also personally argued before the Superior Court of New Jersey – Appellate Division.

Mr. Ivans serves as a court-appointed arbitrator in the Superior Court of New Jersey for both Gloucester County and Burlington County. Mr. Ivans also volunteers as an Early Neutral Evaluation panelist for Gloucester County and serves as a court-appointed arbitrator in the United States District Court of New Jersey. Mr. Ivans also serves as a mediator in the United States District Court of New Jersey on Hurricane Sandy claims. Mr. Ivans also serves as an arbitrator for both Uninsured and Underinsured Motorist Claims.

Mr. Ivans was appointed to serve as the Public Defender for Greenwich Township Municipal Court for four years. Mr. Ivans is a member of the Gloucester County Bar Association. Jonathan R. Ivans was born in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania and raised in Willingboro, New Jersey. Mr. Ivans graduated from John F. Kennedy High School in 1983. During high school, Mr. Ivans played football and participated in track/field. During high school, Mr. Ivans was also a member of the National Honor Society and Key Club.

Mr. Ivans attended West Chester University, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. He graduated from West Chester University cum laude in 1987. While at West Chester University, Mr. Ivans was a member of Pi Gamma Mu, which is an international honor society for students studying in the Social Sciences.

Upon graduation from West Chester University, Mr. Ivans pursued his law degree at Widener University School of Law. Mr. Ivans graduated with his Juris Doctor in 1990. Christine Cockerill

Christine C. Cockerill grew up in the nearby community of Wallingford, Pennsylvania and has been a resident of Gloucester County for the past 23 years. Her husband, Stephen, is a lifelong resident of Barnsboro, New Jersey.

After graduating with honors from Villanova University in 1990, Ms. Cockerill pursued her law degree at Villanova University School of Law. Ms. Cockerill served as summer law clerk in 1991 in the Federal Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, to the Honorable Charles Weiner. As a third-year law student, Ms. Cockerill was certified by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania to prosecute domestic violence cases for Delaware County Legal Aid. She was the recipient of the Wapner, Newman & Wigrizer Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy in 1993. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the Villanova University School of Law in 1993.

Ms. Cockerill went on to serve as law clerk to the Honorable John D’Amico, Jr., Chancery Division, Family Part, Monmouth County, for the 1993-94 term. Since the conclusion of her clerkship, her practice has been devoted to family law, complex matrimonial litigation, interstate and international support and custody issues, and assisted reproductive technology law.

In 1998, Ms. Cockerill was named Young Lawyer of the Year by the New Jersey State Bar Association. She received the Award of Merit from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in 1998 as well. Ms. Cockerill received the Woman in Law Award from the Gloucester County Commission on Women in 2002, and the E. Ms. Cockerill has served as a Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelist in Monmouth, Camden, Salem and Gloucester Counties. Ms. Cockerill served as Trustee for the Gloucester County Bar Association, from 2001-2007, and as Co-Chairperson for the Gloucester County Family Law Committee from 2003 to 2016. Barbara Barclay Moore

Barbara Barclay Moore was born and raised in Clayton, New Jersey. Ms. Moore graduated from Clayton High School as Salutatorian of her class. In an unprecedented feat, Ms. Moore received an Honor from the Gloucester County Board of Chosen Freeholders for having never missed a day of school, nor ever being late to school from Kindergarten through 12th grade.

Ms. Moore attended Ursinus College, in Collegeville, Pennsylvania, where she received a degree in Political Science and a minor in communications. Upon graduating Ursinus College in 1989, Ms. Moore pursued her law degree at Oklahoma City University School of Law. As a third-year law student, Ms. Moore worked at an Indian Legal Clinic in Oklahoma City. In 1992, Ms. Moore graduated with her Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University Law School. Ms. Moore was a member of the Who’s Who Among American Law Students. In addition, Ms. Moore served as President of the Iota Tau Tau Women’s Legal Fraternity at Oklahoma City University School of Law.

Since graduation from law school, Ms. Moore has devoted her legal practice to family law, specifically focusing in the areas of divorce, adoptions, custody and other child support matters and domestic violence.

Ms. Moore serves as a panelist on the Matrimonial Early Settlement Panel (“M.E.S.P.”) for Gloucester County, Camden County, and Salem County. Further, Ms. Moore is also appointed by the Court of Gloucester County and her fellow colleagues to perform personal property mediation.

Ms. Moore is a prior member of the Board of Directors of the PASA. She is a volunteer as a speaker for the Laws of Separation and Divorce Workshop which is a project through the Gloucester County College for the Center for People in Transition.

In addition to her practice, Ms. Moore donates her time representing clients through South Jersey Legal Services program on a pro bono basis. She is also a member of the Inns of Court.

In her personal life, Ms. Moore resides in Gloucester County with her family. She is a Copper Certified Wrestling Coach through U.S.A. Wrestling. She is a volunteer for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Awareness Charity. Ms. Moore has participated in the Mother’s Day Breast Cancer Walk.

Since graduation from law school, Ms. Moore has devoted her legal practice to family law, specifically focusing in the areas of divorce, adoptions, custody and other child support matters and domestic violence.

Ms. Moore is a member of several South Jersey legal groups including the Gloucester County and Camden County Bar Associations, as well as, the Family Law Committees for Gloucester County and Camden County.

From 1998 to 2003, Ms. Moore was an active chairperson for the Gloucester County Family Law Committee. During this time, Ms. Moore was selected as a presenter for the “Putting Children First” Seminar, which is administered through the Gloucester County Court.

Ms. Moore serves as a panelist on the Matrimonial Early Settlement Panel (“M.E.S.P.”) for Gloucester County, Camden County, and Salem County. Further, Ms. Moore is also appointed by the Court of Gloucester County and her fellow colleagues to perform personal property mediation.

Ms. Moore is a prior member of the Board of Directors of the PASA. She is a volunteer as a speaker for the Laws of Separation and Divorce Workshop which is a project through the Gloucester County College for the Center for People in Transition.

In addition to her practice, Ms. Moore donates her time representing clients through South Jersey Legal Services program on a pro bono basis. She is also a member of the Inns of Court.

In her personal life, Ms. Moore resides in Gloucester County with her family. She is a Copper Certified Wrestling Coach through U.S.A. Wrestling. She is a volunteer for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Awareness Charity. Ms. Moore has participated in the Mother’s Day Breast Cancer Walk.

Her parents continue to be lifelong residents of the Borough of Clayton and are the former owners of the Barclay Funeral Home in Clayton, New Jersey.

Mr. Sierzega was born and raised in the Lehigh Valley in Pennsylvania. He graduated as a National Merit Scholar from Whitehall High School, in Whitehall, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Sierzega attended Villanova University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree. During his time at Villanova University, Mr. Sierzega was President of Sigma Nu Fraternity, as well as the Treasurer of the Interfraternity Council.

Following graduation, Mr. Sierzega returned to attend Villanova University Law School, where he graduated with his Juris Doctor in 1995. After graduating from law school, Mr. Sierzega practiced at a defense firm in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Mr. Sierzega moved to Hoffman DiMuzio, in Gloucester County, where he headed their commercial department. Mr. Sierzega has over 20 years experience as a practicing New Jersey Attorney and has lived in Gloucester County for the past 17 years.

Mr. Sierzega took the opportunity to join Puff & Cockerill at the beginning of 2008. His practice consists of all types of litigation, with an emphasis in estate litigation, estate planning, commercial law, consumer fraud, insurance, small business and real estate matters. Jonathan Ivans

Jonathan R. Ivans was born in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania and raised in Willingboro, New Jersey. Mr. Ivans graduated from John F. Kennedy High School in 1983. During high school, Mr. Ivans played football and participated in track/field. During high school, Mr. Ivans was also a member of the National Honor Society and Key Club.

Mr. Ivans attended West Chester University, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. He graduated from West Chester University cum laude in 1987. While at West Chester University, Mr. Ivans was a member of Pi Gamma Mu, which is an international honor society for students studying in the Social Sciences.

Upon graduation from West Chester University, Mr. Ivans pursued his law degree at Widener University School of Law. Mr. Ivans graduated with his Juris Doctor in 1990.
