Preventing Liability

It's not uncommon for a small business to start out as a venture between friends or family. Unfortunately, because of an initial trust between business partners, small businesses often fail to include important protections and indemnification clauses in their organizational documents. This can lead to unexpected legal liability to third parties when certain events occur, such as when a business partner starts to borrow company money for personal reasons.

At Preeo Silverman Green & Egle, we protect our clients by carefully reviewing articles of incorporation and other organizational documents, contracts, and other business documents that expose them to liability. We identify potential problems and substitute different terms in for those that may create problems in the future.

COST-EFFECTIVE BUSINESS LEGAL SOLUTIONS
As a small business, we understand the importance of the bottom line. That's why we're committed to providing cost-effective business and legal solutions that can add value to your company. We'll evaluate your needs, offer advice and counsel, and determine the most effective way to meet your goals.
