Divorce

How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

Caring, compassionate and personal family law service in the Greater Central Kentucky area.

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others?

My perspective is a unique one that is hard to find. My parents divorced when I was just 3 years old. I've been through a custody battle as the child. Then, after law school, I spent a year as a judicial law clerk/staff attorney for a family court judge in Fayette Co (Lexington) KY. I bring knowledge of not only how a child feels when their parents divorce but also knowledge of how the court works.

Since 2008, Nicole has practiced in the area of domestic relations/family law.

After completing 55 hours of classroom and on the job training, Nicole was certified as a Family Law Mediator by the Kentucky Administrative Office of the Courts and maintains her certification as a Family Mediator.

Nicole knew since she was a child that she wanted to be an attorney and practice family law, because of her childhood experience when her parents divorced. Nicole practices primarily in Lexington, as well as the greater Central Kentucky area, and has called Lexington home for over 20 years. In her spare time, Nicole likes to travel, visit with friends, and spoil her two dogs.
