Amita Dhaliwal Peltz has practiced law in Western North Carolina for over 10 years. A native of Johnson City, Tennessee, Amita attended The University of Tennessee in Knoxville where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude. Amita obtained her law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
After law school, Amita moved back to the mountains and settled in Asheville, North Carolina in 2003. She is admitted to practice in both the State and Federal Courts, a member in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar, the North Carolina Bar Association and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. She is also an active member of the North Carolina Association of Women Attorneys, of which she served as President from 2005

Jason M. Peltz graduated from Washington University in St. Louis in 1998 and from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2002. Jason's practice has been focused on real estate and finance since 2002, thereby providing him with a great deal of knowledge when such issues come up in creditor bankruptcy foreclosures, civil litigation and family law.
Jason and his family love living in Asheville and take every opportunity to enjoy the outdoor activities the area has to offer. When not in the office, Jason can be found on his bike riding the many roads and trails in Western North Carolina or on one of the many rivers in the area enjoying his hobby of fly fishing.
Jason is a member of Central United Methodist Church in Asheville and member of the Executive Committee of the 28th Judicial District Bar and regularly provides pro bono legal services.
A member of Business North Carolina's 2009 and 2012 "Legal Elite," Jason is dedicated to providing the best result for each client no matter the case or transaction. While the firm's practice is limited to creditor's rights, property dispute litigation, civil litigation, representation of buyers, sellers and lenders in residential and commercial real estate transactions, and select family law cases, the firm will supply referrals for any client who cannot be served by the firm.
