Robert Pavich

Since 1975, 100% of Bob's practice has been dedicated to litigation at both the trial and appellate levels. His tort law practice, including medical malpractice, product liability and wrongful death cases, has grown over the past 10 years to include tort victims of human rights violations throughout the world- encompassing mass tort and class action litigation.

Bob's international experience includes work as lead trial counsel at the Hague War Crimes Tribunal from 2001 through 2005. From 2007 through 2010, he was lead defense counsel in five federal deportation prosecutions in Florida and Illinois, all of which resulted in acquittals. During this time, he continued his active personal injury practice, advocating on behalf of those injured through the negligence of others.

Bob has been designated in the Thomson Reuters list of Super Lawyers as an Illinois Super Lawyer in 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015.

Bob is licensed to practice law in Illinois, Indiana and numerous federal courts.

Anastasia Pavich

Anastasia concentrates her practice in representing plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death matters, including those stemming from medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents and premises liability. 100% of her practice is devoted to litigation.

Anastasia grew up in the south suburbs of Chicago, just minutes from the border of Northwest Indiana. She attended Thornton Fractional South High School in Lansing, Illinois before heading north to obtain her B.A. from St. Norbert College in DePere, WI. She returned to Chicago to attend Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she obtained her J.D.

It was at Loyola that Anastasia discovered her passion for trial advocacy. As a member of the Loyola University Mock Trial Team, through the Phillip H. Corboy Fellowship in Trial Advocacy, Anastasia devoted countless hours to learning this craft. She was a National Trial Champion, a Midwest Regional Champion and a Best Advocate Nominee during her two years in the program. She was also awarded a Certificate in Trial Advocacy.

Anastasia is currently an Adjunct Professor of Trial Advocacy and serves as a head instructor for the Loyola University Chicago School of Law mock trial teams. She is also actively involved in the Serbian Bar Association of America, serving as the 2010- 2011 President. Anastasia was also selected as a 2012, 2013 and 2014 Illinois Super Lawyers Rising Star.

Anastasia served as Adjunct Professor of Trial Advocacy and head instructor for the Loyola University Chicago School of Law mock trial teams until 2013. She was actively involved in the Serbian Bar Association of America, having served as the 2010-2011 President. Anastasia has been selected as a 2012-2016 Illinois Super Lawyers Rising Star.

John Pavich

John concentrates his practice in the representation of victims of human rights violations, global crimes and mass torts. John also represents individual plaintiffs in personal injury cases. John has practiced in front of numerous state, federal and federal appellate courts, and has worked at the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia. Prior to joining Pavich Law Group, P.C., John was an officer in the Directorate of Operations at the Central Intelligence Agency, where he worked on counter-terrorism and counter-proliferation issues.

John has been asked to speak on several occasions on the topic of national security and the law. John has been a guest speaker at DePaul University College of Law, St. Norbert College and at the American Bar Association Section of International Law and Practice Annual Fall Meeting.

John is licensed to practice in Illinois, Indiana and numerous federal courts. Additionally, John is a non-practicing Solicitor in England and Wales.

Martha MacAloon

Martha A. MacAloon has utilized her medical expertise in focusing her legal practice in the area of medical malpractice since 1984. Prior to becoming an attorney, she practiced nursing at Duke University Medical Center. She subsequently held a joint appointment as a practitioner at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center and faculty member at Rush College of Nursing.

Her expertise has been valuable in the evaluation of potential claims and making recommendations to clients; working with medical experts; developing theories of liability; deposing medical witnesses and experts; and providing key trial support by preparing direct and cross examinations. In addition, Ms. MacAloon's medical expertise has been key in obtaining favorable panel opinions and settlements in medical malpractice cases, both in Illinois and Indiana.

Chaundre White

Chaundre concentrates her practice in representing plaintiffs in personal injury, civil rights, and sexual assault matters, including those stemming from medical malpractice and premises liability. 100% of her practice is devoted to litigation.

Chaundre was born and raised in the Midwest, and she is proud to call Chicago home. She attended West Aurora High School in Aurora, Illinois before moving to the Quad Cities to earn double undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Spanish from Augustana College. She then headed to Chicago to attend Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor.

As a law student, Chaundre served on over a dozen leadership, scholarship, and service organizations, culminating in her election as President of the Student Bar Association. As SBA President, Chaundre worked tirelessly to facilitate Loyola activities, govern student organizations, and serve as a liaison among students, faculty, and administration. She was honored by an invitation to deliver an address at the commencement ceremony, the first student to do so in many decades.

While at Loyola, Chaundre developed her passion for litigation. In 2010, Chaundre was awarded The Philip H. Corboy Fellowship in Trial Advocacy, which aligned her with preeminent trial lawyers in the Chicago community. After years of training through the Corboy program, Chaundre was awarded Loyola's Best Advocate Award in 2012, a coveted title awarded to one law student annually who shows excellence in advocacy. Chaundre was proud to offer her skills for several worthy causes, including representing underprivileged clients through the Loyola Community Law Clinic as well as instructing a class of first year law students in Legal Writing.

Chaundre is licensed to practice in Illinois and Indiana and has been admitted to practice in both states' federal jurisdictions. Since becoming an attorney in 2012, Chaundre has worked almost exclusively with Plaintiffs.
