What makes our firm unique is the fact that both Mr. Panico and Mr. Maebry have not only served as employment and labor attorneys, but they bring many years of human resources management experience developing a solid understanding of Human Resources Management and the Law. Our 'in the trenches' experience distingushes us from others as we bring the 'hands on experience' to our law practice when defending clients against bad HR practices.

John Panico

John is a native of New York City and has over 30 years' experience working both as a labor and employment attorney and holding a number of senior level employee relations positions in both the public and private sectors. He has handled numerous claims before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, New York State Division on Human Rights, California Fair Employment and Housing Commission, Illinois Department of Human Rights, Utah Anti-Discrimination Division, Ohio Civil Rights Commission; National Labor Relations Board, U.S. Department of Labor, and employment cases in federal court and the U.S. Court of Appeals. John holds a Juris Doctor degree, a Master's degree with Distinction in Human Resources and Labor Relations and a Bachelors degree in Politics and Government. He is admitted to practice law before the States of Indiana, California and Utah, the U.S. Court of Appeals, and holds the position as a Pro Bono Arbitrator with the New York State Employment Relations Board.
