Firm Overview

The firm has expanded through controlled growth to broaden the scope of services provided to our domestic and international client base. In addition to our tax and estate planning practice, we offer a multi-faceted approach to the financial portrait of our individual and corporate clients. As complementary practice areas, we also assist our clients with probate and guardianship establishment and representation, immigration, real estate, commercial and corporate matters, wealth preservation, marital planning, and pension and retirement plan creation.

Our tax practice includes a broad range of domestic tax planning, inbound and outbound matters for U.S. persons and foreign investors and businesses, corporate and other reorganizations and representing clients in federal and Florida tax controversies.

Our estate planning practice includes the preparation of wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts and other appropriate estate planning documents, charitable planning, and appropriate integrated income, estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax planning.

Our corporate services include general corporate counsel, the purchase and sale of domestic and foreign entities and assets, succession planning, the formation and maintenance of domestic and foreign corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships, and preparing and advising our clients on shareholder, operating and partnership agreements.

Our immigration practice includes advising clients who wish to enter the United States on either a temporary or permanent basis, as well as expatriation, pre-immigration tax and estate planning, and post-immigration planning.
Our real estate services include representing both buyers and sellers in commercial and residential real estate closings, financing, and counsel to lending institutions.
We foster an environment built on trust and collaboration. This team approach, in which the firm's partners and associates work closely together and are familiar with all of the firm's clientele, not just their own, is beneficial to both the firm and our clients. We are very proud that so many of the firm's employees have been part of the PNR family since the firm was founded more than 35 years ago.
