How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

Our firm decided upon probate and business law as our primary practice areas due to our strong backgrounds in finance and accounting.

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others?

Our educational backgrounds include accounting, finance and business. Since our lawyers began their practices, each has worked extensively in helping businesses and individuals with business, tax and related governmental filing requirements. Our strong backgrounds in accounting, finance and business make our firm an ideal choice to help clients with business law, probate, estate and trust administration, and related issues.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

We are distinguished from other law firms due to our educational backgrounds and experience. We have found that it is critical in the business law, tax, probate and estates-trusts areas to understand accounting, finance, financial statements and related matters. Our accounting and finance backgrounds are critical in meeting the complex regulatory environment imposed on businesses and their owners by government. The same type of complex regulations are also part of the probate and estates-trusts areas, and our backgrounds help clients in meeting these complex requirements.
