Richard Godshall

Rich Godshall is an experienced trial attorney whose practice focuses on catastrophic injuries caused by car accidents, truck accidents, construction site accidents, unsafe conditions and defective products.
Rich comes to Ostroff Law with over ten years as a defense attorney and partner in a nationally recognized firm. He has extensive trial experience, including jury selection, lay and expert preparation, and cross-examination. He is also skilled in alternative dispute resolution methods, including meditations and binding arbitrations. His cases have totaled about $100M in settlements and verdicts.

David B. Kline

Dave has practiced injury law for over two decades. He is committed to helping personal injury victims recover the damages that they deserve.

Dave is an experienced lawyer, legal writer, and educator. After several years gaining experience defending cases for insurance companies, Dave started working solely for badly injured accident victims. In 1993, Dave joined Jon Ostroff and they started Ostroff and Kline. Throughout his career, Dave has worked on many personal injury cases.

Ryan Jablonski

Ryan Jablonski focuses his practice on personal injury cases, ranging from premises liability and motor vehicle accidents to traumatic brain injuries arising from bus and tractor trailer crashes.

Ryan is a member of the Montgomery County Inn of Courts and The Montgomery County Courthouse Golf League. He previously worked at a personal injury firm in Philadelphia, where he was a law clerk handling a high volume of personal injury claims.

Diane Sodano

Diane Sodano has more than 15 years experience with personal injury cases. She has successfully represented clients in a wide rang case including vehicle accidents, dog bites, slip and fall incidents, and other personal injury matters. She is driven by her philosophy that no injury or accident impacts two people the same way, so each case is deeply personal to the victim and should be treated in a highly personal manner by his or her attorney.

Prior to entering the legal field, Diane spent more than a decade working in the insurance industry. Her combined knowledge from these fields provides a unique perspective when representing her clients. She understands the mathematical, profit-oriented approach insurance companies take regarding injury claims, and she works tirelessly to change this paradigm and personalize each client's claim to ensure they receive the compensation they deserve.

James DiMarco

Jim focuses his practice primarily on personal injury lawsuits involving automobile accidents, slip and fall injuries, and other complex legal matters. His work representing clients in high-stakes litigation also allowed him to attain the skills to be a fierce litigator.
