Law Office of Neil A. Rones

30 Years Experience providing legal services to businesses and the families that own them.

Firm Overview

Our office focuses on helping family business, and the families that own them, to anticipate problems, operate efficiently and find solutions to their particular business challenges. Our firm was established in 1979. I regularly see business clients that are at different stages of development. At the beginning of developing a business, a client needs help with setting up a corporation or LLC; the new business may need lease agreements reviewed, employment or independent contractor agreements reviewed. Later the client might want to expand, bring in new partners, and later the owners of the successful business may need to consider estate planning.

I never reveal clients' names or businesses without their specific permission.

Neil Rones

At various times, we have operated as outside counsel and in-house counsel to small and mid-size companies which has provided experience with the daily practical demands of operating a business.

I am raising a special needs teenager. This life experience has made me a much better listener and more compassionate to the various challenges we face.

I listen very carefully to my clients concerns and desires. At the end of each telephone call or client meeting, we review what we covered and discuss areas in which we can help.
