Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy for individuals and businesses
I began practicing law in 1991 and have been working in bankruptcy law since 1992. I started my own firm in 1999 and I primarily file Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies for individual debtors, businesses and corporations, mostly in Los Angeles County and Ventura county. I also make special appearances for other bankruptcy attorneys who cannot make it to court on the debtors and creditors side. I know the trustees and judges in the courts since I appear in court anywhere from 2-4 days per week.

How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

I will give you the knowledge you need to make an informed decision as to what bankruptcy may be right for you. I understand the fiscal trouble you're going through and will help you file the paperwork needed to get out of debt and RESTORE YOUR PEACE OF MIND. I went into the practice area of bankruptcy so I can help people get out of a bad situation. That may be by either saving a home, or any of the following:
Garnishments
Repossessions
Foreclosures
Creditors
Tax problems
Liens
Medical bills

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others

I've been practicing bankruptcy law for over 24 years and have appeared in Los Angeles, Woodland Hills and Santa Barbara courts anywhere from 2-4 times per week. I have given lectures to local bankruptcy groups in the Chapter 13 area and I am known by all Chapter 7 and 13, debtor and creditors attorneys. Many of these attorneys I even assist with appearing in Court for them when they cannot appear.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

I meet with every potential client personally as opposed to many firms who have you meet with a paralegal. I appear in the bankruptcy courts in Los Angeles, Woodland Hills and Santa Barbara so often that I am very familiar with the Judge's, Trustee's and Creditors in these courts and I have a very good report with all if these people.

I have an office that I use, but I also meet with clients in areas near them to make it easier.
