Naatz Law

It is the firm's mission to provide each of our clients with the highest quality legal services while maintaining affordability. We strive to anticipate the needs, and exceed the expectations, of present and future clients that we serve.

Firm Overview

We focus on providing personal service designed for each unique client. Sometimes doing nothing is the best choice. You need a lawyer that sees you as a person not a paycheck. We are not a big firm. We focus on each client and only a few areas of law, which enables us to stay current in the areas in which we practice. We serve our clients in such a way that we create an ongoing personal relationship that lasts a lifetime.

It is the firm's mission to provide each of our clients with the highest quality legal services while maintaining affordability. We strive to anticipate the needs, and exceed the expectations, of present and future clients that we serve.
We understand that filing Bankruptcy is a hard personal decision wrought with emotion. We understand that many people experience a significant life event, like a medical issue or job loss, that has created a financial strain. In many instances a divorce or the death of a loved one can also create problems making ends meet. If you are overwhelmed, facing a mountain of debt, facing creditor lawsuits or even possibly facing foreclosure, we are here to help. We would like to meet with you to discuss your options and help you move forward to a fresh new start.

How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

Carrie Naatz

Attorney Naatz is currently licensed to practice law both in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of Connecticut. Carrie's passion and dedication to helping people that are experiencing financial trouble is what drives her to help minimize the financial impacts of life's changes. She worked as a tax attorney after law school in Hartford and Boston. In 2004 she began her own practice with a focus on Bankruptcy Law, Real Estate Law and Tax Law.

Carrie currently lives in Holyoke with her husband and 3 dogs. Carrie is a huge animal lover. She recently sold her farm in Granby, Massachusetts. How our food is produced, and its effects on the health of people, is of paramount concern to Carrie since she was diagnosed with cancer in 2005. She still has bee hives and is active in food preservation.
