Firm Overview

Myler Disability was established in '94 when founder Brad Myler, decided to help disabled clients with their Social Security appeal cases. They were in desperate need for Social Security benefits, but even after multiple attempts and years of frustration they were having no success on their own. As he further analyzed their cases, Brad realized that all they needed was help from a legal professional who better understood how to present their cases to Social Security. With his success came popularity as his excited and grateful clients spread the words to their disabled friends and family who were in need.

Within a few months the business grew so fast that Brad hired other knowledgeable Attorneys and assistants to help him. Applications came in so that he developed a specialized computer application to make the process faster and more reliable than ever before. He educated other Social Security attorneys who wanted his formula on how they could be more successful with their own clients. Myler's exclusive method of representation, has propelled them to nation wide success.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

Understanding your case is the first priority. We believe that without a thorough understanding of a client'™s case there will be no victory. We take our time to dig into the details of the case, so that we can marginalize any loophole, and then strengthen the case from its core.

Myler Disability believes in efficient and economic solutions. We understand that balancing a good legal service and its cost is always challenging. As a result we have created a framework which produces the most efficient and successful result at an economic rate. We offer fee consultation, and there is no charge until the case is won.

We believe in making the most of recent technology. We believe that with the use of technology we will be able to help a wider customer base and grow to a higher level. Computer applications makes processing a client's case faster, and it's handled in a more efficient manner.

We prepare to win. From the very beginning we scrutinize each case precisely. We evaluate opportunities for settlement early and often. Meanwhile we prepare for a trial just in case it becomes necessary. With thorough preparation and aggressive case handling we advance to our most important goal, to win.

We also take into consideration the amount of experience that our attorneys have. We carefully pick experienced attorneys to represent our firm and represent your case. We believe that only an experienced hard working advocate can provide the best service to our clients.
