Firm Overview

To contest your traffic ticket you are looking at spending a good part of a day to enter a not guilty plea and another half day or more to show up to the trial.

When you factor in the cost of missing work, the time and gas to drive to and from traffic court, waiting in line half the morning at the traffic court, waiting in court for your case to be called, and then waiting around in the business office for your court paperwork, it just makes financial sense to hire My Traffic Guys to do it for you.

When you retain our services, an attorney from My Traffic Guys will make all the court appearances on your behalf, meaning you never have to step foot in a courtroom--saving you hours on the first visit to plead not guilty and several more hours when you contest the charges at trial.

To contest your traffic ticket you are looking at spending a good part of a day to enter a not guilty plea and another half day or more to show up to the trial.

When you retain our services, an attorney from My Traffic Guys will make all the court appearances on your behalf, meaning you never have to step foot in a courtroom--saving you hours on the first visit to plead not guilty and several more hours when you contest the charges at trial.

We have experience dealing with each of the different traffic courts here in San Diego County. We use that experience to save you money, points on your record, and time while giving you the best chance to win your case.

How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

My Traffic Guys is a joint venture of two local San Diego attorneys--William M. Concidine and Gabriel W. Moore-- who have joined forces to help defend San Diego drivers from traffic tickets in all San Diego County Courts. We each had successful practices on our own and wanted a way to work together to help clients. My Traffic Guys has allowed us to combine forces to help those people cited for traffic offenses here in San Diego.

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others

My Traffic Guys handle more than just traffic tickets. The experienced gain over the years from being in court on federal and state felony criminal cases, DUIs, and civil matters has lead to a great understanding of the court process. This translates to being overly prepared even on cases other attorneys may think are minor--My Traffic Guys prepare the same whether it is a trial for a traffic ticket or a murder case. This knowledge translates in to successful cases for our clients.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

My Traffic Guys is not here to take your money and plead you guilty. We are honest with our evaluation of your case. Sometimes we can help you, sometimes we cannot, and we will tell you it is better to deal with the situation and save your money. We are dedicated to serving the client's best interest, even when that means turning down a case. The issue in the case should not be whether you can pay the $100 retainer fee, but can you get the help you need with your traffic ticket. Give us a call and you will see how we help you out, then you can decide whether to hire us.

Will Concidine

Mr. Concidine primarily handles the criminal division of My Traffic Guys. Prior to joining My Traffic Guys, Mr. Concidine spent several years running his own office in the heart of the Gaslamp Quarter in downtown San Diego. Before that, Mr. Concidine spent several years as an associate attorney under one of the city's best criminal defense attorneys. Mr. Concidine also spent several years learning the day to day procedures of the courts while interning at the Alternate Public Defender and Public Defender of San Diego. Over the last several years, Mr. Concidine's experience has lead to a positive and solid working relationship with City Attorneys and District Attorneys throughout San Diego County.
