Knowledge is truly empowering. We believe that clients educated on all aspects of their cases - business and legal issues, social implications and economic impacts - are better clients. With our considered advice, well-informed clients will then be able to choose the best present option wisely while minimizing long-term risks. We view it as a duty to educate, inform and execute clients' wishes within the boundaries of the law.
We are fully committed to carrying clients' wishes including review of all of their documents. In order to provide effective and cost-efficient representation, open, candid and confidential communication with clients is essential. We rely a great deal on clients' forwarded documents and drafts and work with clients jointly throughout the process to implement their needs.
We provide fixed-fees services with that in mind - alleviate clients' anxiety regarding billable hours, provide a sense of certainty to clients, encourage open and frequent communication with clients, and provide effective and efficient representation.
We often recommend that clients should represent themselves as pro se litigants in small claims proceedings or file their own forms. We are willing to coach them throughout the process in a very cost-effective manner, often through our pro bono department, if they qualify.
At the Law Firm of Moawad, P.C., we always have the interest of clients first. Excessive fees are of great concern to us all. In those difficult times, it is essential that clients get the most value for their legal spending dollars. With that in mind, Moawad P.C. offers two tiers of fees:
Low fixed-fees for the majority of legal transactional cases.
Attractive hourly rates for litigation, complex negotiations and business transactions.
Most importantly, we offer free initial consultation with our attorneys.
Why we chose our Firm to be your lawyers:
Being able to utilize our diverse technical and business background to help solve fascinating sets of problems encountered by business entrepreneurs.
Deep fascination and intrigue by our legal system, history and progression and unyielding trust in the power of our Constitution, democracy and "the Rule of Law."
Our Firm's commitment to our local community and assisting the vulnerable.
