Richard J. Hollander

Knowledgeable and tenacious bankruptcy help since 1973

Richard J. Hollander, P.A., is a founding partner of Miller & Hollander and practices in bankruptcy law. He graduated from DePaul University College of Law and was first licensed in Illinois, where he tried cases and represented clients in state, federal and bankruptcy courts. He relocated to Naples in 1991. He and his wife have established deep roots in the area; they raised four children and have five grandchildren.

After moving to Florida, Mr. Hollander joined with Edward R. Miller to establish the law firm of Miller & Hollander. They have each spent more than 35 years meeting their mutual goal of helping people get out of financial trouble through bankruptcy. As an established bankruptcy attorney in Florida, Mr. Hollander has proudly represented thousands of clients with a dedication to helping them put their challenging financial issues into a practical framework and begin their transition to more stable financial footing.

Edward R. Miller is a founding partner of Miller & Hollander and practices exclusively in bankruptcy law throughout Florida. He graduated from Brooklyn Law School and relocated from his hometown of Staten Island, New York to Naples in 1974. He continues to reside in Naples with his wife of 30 years.

He and Richard J. Hollander established the law firm of Miller & Hollander with the goal of helping people get out of financial trouble through bankruptcy.
