We are extremely responsive to our client's concerns, questions, and goals. We give our clients personal attention that many other firms are unable to provide, because we intentionally limit the volume of cases and legal matters that we accept.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

We encourage clients to educate themselves on legal issues, and be actively involved in their case or legal matter. We are happy to answer our clients' questions.

Is your firm willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

Yes, we will assist our clients who want to represent themselves. We will simply charge our clients for the time we spend on their case or legal matter.

Is your firm willing to review documents prepared by clients?

Yes, we will review contracts and other documents prepared by our clients, and make corrections, revisions and suggestions to best serve our client's interests. We understand and respect that our clients may reduce their legal fees by actively participating[in the drafting of contracts and other legal documents.

Is your firm willing to help a client with one discrete part of a case, without taking on the whole case?

Yes, we take a flexible approach to representing our clients. If a client wants us to represent him or her on limited portions of a case or legal matter, we will comply with that request. We will simply charge our clients for the time we spend on their case or legal matter.

What are your policies about dividing work within the firm to make the process most cost-effective for the client?

We are happy to divide work among the firm's attorney and paralegals to make the process most cost-effective for a client.

How frequently does your firm use mediation, arbitration, or collaborative law to resolve cases?

Our law firm utilizes Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), including mediation and arbitration to resolve some of our clients' cases. ADR often significantly reduces litigation expenses, as well as the time it takes to reach a resolution of a case. ADR may not be a viable option for every case, however it can be a very useful tool for many cases.

Does your firm provide pro bono legal services or otherwise participate in your community?
