Consult Our Experienced Charleston Foreclosure Attorneys

We understand that you are facing a stressful situation. Our lawyers can take a comprehensive look at your finances and help you determine if Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy is best for you. As a business we can help you navigate the Chapter 11 process. By obtaining debt relief through the bankruptcy process, you can prevent or stop foreclosures, repossessions and creditor harassment. Mounting credit card debt and medical bills can be eliminated.

Our firm's emphasis is on the person, not the paperwork. We offer a free and confidential initial consultation, in which you will meet with one of our Charleston or Columbia bankruptcy law attorneys not a secretary or paralegal. We understand that every financial situation is different and often complex. We are dedicated to developing strong relationships with our clients as an essential component to the pursuit of a brighter, more financially sound future.

Our Bankruptcy Law Attorneys Offer A Client-Centered Approach
The choice to file for protection under the Bankruptcy Code can be a difficult, emotional decision. Typically an individual, family or business owner endures a painful situation for an extended period of time before seeking help. Our firm focuses exclusively on helping find solutions for people in financial trouble.

At Meredith Law Firm LLC, our emphasis is on the person, not the file. When you come to our office for a free and confidential initial consultation, you will meet with a lawyer, not just a secretary or paralegal. We don't show you a video or simply hand you a brochure. We understand that each situation is different, and we believe that personal service is essential to establishing the trust necessary to help our clients through this trying time in their lives.

We represent individuals and businesses across South Carolina in all aspects of bankruptcy:

Chapter 7
Chapter 11
Chapter 13
Creditor harassment
Credit card debt and medical bills
Tax collection

The Bankruptcy Code can stop foreclosures and lawsuits, protect you from repossessions and harassment from bill collectors, protect your property and allow you to escape debt. We can often file your case the same week you first visit our office. We understand that time is crucial, and we can act quickly to save your home, your automobile or just your peace of mind.
