Criminal Defense

When you or a loved one is facing a criminal charge, you have life-changing decisions to make. It is no overstatement to say, your choice of attorney and law firm can mean the difference between acquittal and conviction.
Depending on the severity of the crime in which you are charged, you risk losing your job, damaging your future employment, paying fines, restitution, loss of our license, right to travel, and most importantly the loss of your freedom. Your reputation and your family could be negatively impacted by a conviction for years or even decades.

You cannot afford to gamble on an inexperienced firm. It is essential to have an attorney and law firm familiar with the Nebraska and federal criminal justice system and with extensive trial experience in criminal cases.

Among our attorneys are two former prosecutors, a former district court judge, and other skilled defense attorneys. We understand the court system from both sides, and can pinpoint the weaknesses of a prosecutor’s case.

Most of our cases come to us by referral. We are honored that clients we have assisted in the past feel strongly enough about the quality of our service to recommend us to their family and friends. Contact Reagan, Melton & Delaney, L.L.P. if you or a loved one are facing criminal charges.

Personal Injury
At Reagan, Melton & Delaney, L.L.P., our attorneys have years of experience representing individuals in a wide array of personal injury matters.
A personal injury is any injury you suffer as a result of someone else’s negligence. The sad truth is, when you are injured in any accident, insurance companies are not on your side. While they may offer a quick settlement, this is to protect their bottom line, not your best interests. The only way to get the compensation clients are due is through legal representation and proper negotiations, or litigation.

We represent clients in a wide variety of personal injury matters including, but not limited to:

Vehicle Accidents
Slip-and-falls
Dog bites
Medical Malpractice
Injuries from defective products
Property damage due to another’s negligence
Amputations
Brain injuries
Burn injuries
Fractured or pulverized bones
Paralysis
Spinal cord injury
Construction accidents
Nursing home abuse
Police brutality
Premises liability

We understand that when you or a loved one is put into such a position, your world can be turned upside down. Medical bills may mount faster and higher than you imagined possible at a time when your income has diminished significantly due to your injury.

We are dedicated to advocating for our clients so that they can put their lives back together. If no acceptable settlement offers are made, our experienced attorneys are always ready to go to trial, armed with well-prepared evidence and clear, persuasive arguments. If you or a loved one has suffered a personal injury, contact Reagan, Melton & Delaney, L.L.P. today.
