My law office is located in the Oak Cliff neighborhood of Dallas, TX, and serves clients in Dallas and surrounding counties. My mission is to provide clients with comprehensive, competent legal services at a fair price and in a professional and ethical manner. I strive to help clients not only solve their legal issues, but also understand them, so that they can be an active participant in finding a solution.

My office focuses on assisting small business owners and entrepreneurs in drafting company agreements, contracts for services, nondisclosure agreements, among other agreements. In addition, I assist clients in protecting their trademarks, copyrights and other intellectual property rights.

In addition to helping small businesses, I also help individuals in the areas of divorce, child custody and support, guardianships, paternity, adoption, pre- and post-marital agreements, estate planning and probate, landlord-tenant and mediation of disputes.
