McNally & Patrick, L.L.P. specializes in bankruptcy, insolvency, creditors' rights, banking, financial reorganization, debt management and asset protection. The firm represents both creditors and debtors in Chapter 7, 11, 12 and 13 bankruptcy cases and in non-bankruptcy work-outs, as well as Creditors' Committees and Chapter 7, 11 and 13 trustees. Practice areas of the firm also include litigation, municipal law, school law and mediation services.

Together, Mike McNally and Glen Patrick have a total of over fifty years of experience in bankruptcy law. Accomplished as authors and speakers on bankruptcy related topics, Glen Patrick and Mike McNally are two of only three lawyers in the Eastern District of Texas to be selected as Course Directors for annual State Bar of Texas Advanced Bankruptcy Courses. Mike McNally was the first lawyer in East Texas certified in Bankruptcy Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is currently the only lawyer in Northeast Texas certified in both Business Bankruptcy Law and Consumer Bankruptcy Law by that Board.

The Bankruptcy Court in Tyler is the headquarters of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Texas. The proximity of the firm's office across the street from the Bankruptcy Courthouse in Tyler eliminates travel time and expense for clients. The high case volume of the firm often allows it to allocate courtroom docket delays among two or more clients for further cost effectiveness. The firm maintains an experienced staff averaging twelve years of tenure who, with the latest technology, handle tasks efficiently.

Beginning in 2003, Texas Monthly magazine has published an annual list entitled, "Texas Super Lawyers". Mike McNally has been the only attorney in East Texas specializing in bankruptcy, insolvency and financial reorganization to be selected each year by his peers for that designation.

Born in Tyler, Texas, Glen Patrick was educated at Tyler Junior College and Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas, where he majored in history and received his Bachelor of Arts degree. In law school, Glen Patrick was actively involved with the Moot Court competition and was selected for the 1983 Baylor Moot Court Team.

Mr. Patrick has been married to his wife, Denise, for 29 years. They have three grown children.

Glen Patrick is a founding member and serves on the board of directors of Carpenters for Christ, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing carpentry services to those unable to either obtain the services or perform the services themselves.
