Is your firm willing to help a client with one discrete part of a case, without taking on the whole case?

No.

What are your policies about dividing work within the firm to make the process most cost-effective for the client?

We utilize legal support staff judiciously and when appropriate, but the partners are invariably involved in every aspect of the case.

How frequently does your firm use mediation, arbitration, or collaborative law to resolve cases?

We avail ourselves of mediation and alternative dispute resolution whenever possible, and whenever it is in the best interests of our clients.

Does your firm provide pro bono legal services or otherwise participate in your community?

Yes.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

We employ a unique team approach in which both partners actively participate in all aspects of the case. We do not hand our clients off to low level associates.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

We consider it our obligation to counsel and educate our clients with respect to any legal issues applicable to their cases.

Is your firm willing to review documents prepared by clients?

Yes. In fact, we always do.

Is your firm willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

No.
