In VA, divorces are allowed for many reasons, and the proceeding can be either friendly, or adverserial. Each client needs to know their rights and to have an attorney agreessively pursue them on their behalf. Most clients come to me full of fear about what the other side has said they will do to them; but when I explain to them their legal rights, the fear evaporates and they are able to function more effectively again. Therefore, our firm works diligently to protect clients, advance their legal rights and to find the best solution for their unique situation. Therefore, contact us today for a free phone consultation.
