Gordon has tried many cases in both state and federal courts involving personal injuries, insurance coverage, class actions, contracts, construction issues, real estate disputes and other matters. He has also appeared before the New Hampshire Supreme Court on more than fifty occasions. Most recently, Gordon and Elizabeth Leonard of this firm, together with a team of other law firms, secured a $45.5 million jury verdict for eleven heavy truck dealers in a breach of contract lawsuit against Ford Motor Company.
