Long Term Disability
Top Rated Employee Benefit Attorneys assisting individuals with long term disability, pension, life insurance and ERISA claims. This is the entire scope of our practice. This is what we do, and only for individuals.
Our lawyers are experienced in employee benefit and ERISA, both in handling claims and litigation. We have handled such claims going back to 1992, with over 60 years of combined legal experience. Our firm was founded in 2007 to focus on ERISA and provide employee benefit assistance for employees only. We have recovered millions of dollars for clients across the South, including claims for long-term disability, short- term disability, pension, 401K, severance, retirement benefits, life insurance, health insurance, and COBRA. We are listed in The Best Lawyers in America, AV rated (top rating) by Martindale Hubbell in the area of Employee Benefits, and rated as Super Lawyers for Employee Benefits. Because of our extensive experience and tremendous success in handling ERISA cases, we speak at insurance benefit seminars, present lectures on ERISA to lawyers, host ERISA seminars for experienced ERISA litigators, make appearances on television to discuss ERISA and employee benefits issues and have published numerous articles on ERISA and employee benefits. We have blog on our website concerning ERISA cases, and publish a newsletter to both attorneys and insurance professionals. We also have social media pages on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google+ on which articles and ERISA information are frequently shared.

How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

Our clients have experienced extreme unfairness in the areas of long-term disability and ERISA. Individuals need an advocate who is skilled and experienced in taking on insurance companies and plan administrators that frequently abuse fiduciary duties in denying claims due to be paid.

Our goal is to provide our clients with trusted legal advice and services to ensure they receive the benefits they deserve. The Martin Law Group genuinely enjoys serving people. We want to see our clients succeed!
