Firm Overview

I have over 26 years experience in DUI defense. I've handled thousands of DUI cases.

Example cases

A DUI felony case with great bodily injury was recently reduced to a misdemeanor DUI case (no great bodily injury), with credit for time served (This is not a guarantee or promise of any future results. Each case is different.).

How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

When a person is accused of a crime, the person often feels unfairly treated. From the beginning of my career, I have wanted to champion the cause of an accused, because everyone is a good person, regardless of the mistakes he or she may have made.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

I absolutely support a person educating him or herself about legal issues. As an attorney, I want every client to understand fully the legal issues, so that he or she may make the most informed decision about how to proceed with his or her case.

Is your firm willing to review documents prepared by clients?

Yes

Is your firm willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

No

Mark Blair

100% DUI defense: never a prosecutor.

I have worked for a variety of non profit organizations and come into contact with a wide range of persons. I pride myself on finding a common point of understanding with each person so that we can communicate honestly and openly.

You are my focus. I want to know everything about you. That way I will know what your goals in the case are, so I can best meet them and give you the best possible representation and defense. I try to put myself in your position and feel what you have experienced so I will be able to explain your case in the best possible terms.

I have a flexible approach: I am aggressive when I need to be, yet never forget sight of what my client's goals in the case are. I mould my style to best meet your needs.
