Insurance companies don't play fair. The law firm of Marc Whitehead & Associates is your legal advocate who will hold your insurance company accountable. Just because you are told "No" does not mean your LTD claim has been defeated.

You have rights, and those rights include appealing the insurance company's decision. We know our way around the insurance companies, and the laws that govern them. Our firm is a respected advocate in the fight against bad faith long-term disability insurance denial, as well as denials of life insurance benefits.

ERISA (Group) Disability Insurance: If your employer provides your disability coverage, your claim will be governed by a set of federal laws known as ERISA. If your ERISA claim has been denied, you are not without recourse. We avidly protect the rights of clients throughout the United States in disputes filed in federal courts under ERISA jurisdiction.

We are skilled negotiators for insurance policy settlements, and we will aggressively litigate on your behalf in disability lawsuits in state or federal court. We routinely and successfully take on the "Big Deniers" of benefits such as Unum, Aetna, Prudential, MetLife, Provident Life, and the rest.

We understand that the people we serve are faced with diverse disabling medical conditions, such as spinal disorders, cardiac disease, mental illness or PTSD. We have the utmost respect for and understanding of their burden.

We are successful because we represent our clients powerfully, professionally and compassionately. We have years of experience and deep resources for securing disability benefits for our clients. Most of our cases are handled on contingency fee - meaning we aren't paid until you are.
