Joseph P. Marasco is a founding partner of Marasco & Nesselbush and a lifelong resident of New England. Attorney Marasco's experience spans decades of successful litigation, arbitration and mediation for personal injury and medical negligence cases. He has also litigated hundreds of disability cases at all levels of review before the Social Security Administration, the Office of Disability Adjudication and Review, the Appeals Council, and the United States District Court. Attorney Marasco is an active member of the American Association for Justice and serves on the Rhode Island Association for Justice's Board of Governors. Donna M. Nesselbush
Donna M. Nesselbush is a founding partner of Marasco & Nesselbush. Attorney Nesselbush has dedicated her legal career to representing Social Security Disability claimants at all levels of review before the Social Security Administration, the Office of Disability Adjudication and Review, the Appeals Council, the United States District Court and the United States Court of Appeals. She is a founder and Chair of the Rhode Island Bar Association's Social Security Disability Committee.
Attorney Nesselbush has lectured and written extensively on the topic of Social Security Disability law. Before graduating in 1984 from Brown University, Attorney Nesselbush was awarded the Sarah Doyle Prize "for having made a significant contribution to women on campus and in the community." She graduated cum laude from Suffolk University School of Law, where she was selected to write for the Law Review and was also awarded the Leo J. Wyman Award for having "contributed most to advancing the civic and professional responsibilities of a lawyer."
Among her many accomplishments are precedent-setting victories in the United States Court of Appeals, resulting in significant Social Security Disability benefit awards to deserving claimants. Attorney Nesselbush serves as a Municipal Court Judge for the City of Pawtucket and as a Rhode Island State Senator. She is proud to be fluent in English, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese.
