Firm Overview

Our Milwaukee divorce attorneys represent individuals in actions for divorce and other family law disputes such as legal separation, paternity and post-judgment modifications involving child custody, physical placement, child support and spousal maintenance. We offer compassionate yet assertive guidance to help clients through these difficult family legal matters.

Most legal situations have a desired outcome. While our firm certainly works toward that ultimate end, we also take into consideration the long-term implications of the current decisions that are made regarding a case. In divorce proceedings, we encourage clients to consider what their futures hold after a divorce. What child custody arrangements will be best for your children? What unexpected financial concerns might arise later on?

Regardless of your legal needs, it is important to have an experienced attorney who understands your objectives and who will work diligently to achieve the results you desire, while continually striving to secure your future. Our attorneys emphasize the importance of preparing clients for what les ahead, both during their cases and in their futures.

If you have individual or family legal needs, Magner, Hueneke, Smith & Borda, LLP can help. Call our office today at 414-482-6058 to arrange your free consultation.
