David Lutz is a Cum Laude graduate of Seattle University Law School, David's emphasis is Family Law.

David feels nothing is more important than preserving your relationships with your family, ensuring for the care and nurture of your children, and fairly distributing your assets and liabilities in a divorce or breakup of a cohabitation relationship. David believes in trying to settle cases without litigation when practical. When litigation is necessary, he ensures his clients have the most professional representation.

Jorge Ramos joined Lutz Law after previously working in Pierce County in 2011-2012. His practice has taken him all across the great state of Washington. At each stop along the way, he has been able to utilize his cultural background and Spanish speaking ability to represent individuals struggling with English as their second language.

Jorge comes from a family of immigrants who opened up a local chain of Mexican restaurants. He feels indebted to his parents for everything that he has and is happy to be able to give back to the underrepresented community.

With a minor in Philosophy and Human Rights
During law school Jorge was a Rule 9 Legal Intern at the Law Offices of Dean Standish Perkins and Associates. While there he mostly represented Spanish speaking clients who were involved in automobile collisions.

As a student at Seattle University School of Law Jorge was a member of the Entertainment and Sports Law Association, a member of the Latino Law Student Association, and he also translated for the Domestic Violence Clinic.

Jorge also served as an intern with Public Defenders Association and the King County Prosecutor's Office as well as with several other organizations.

Adam is a skilled, experienced family law practitioner. He believes it is vital clients understand what is going on every step of the way. He believes it is his job to help them achieve optimal results.

Adam is an excellent listener and communicator. He is quickly able to listen to and understand his client's concerns and goals, and then describe the methods and procedures best designed to accomplish those goals.

Adam has represented clients in Western Washington since moving to Pierce County in 2009. While also experienced in criminal defense, personal injury, and wills, he has focused entirely on family law since starting his own solo practice in 2012. During that time, he has focused on divorce, child custody, and domestic violence cases.

Through his years of practicing family law, he understands that every case is unique, and should be treated as such. Whether a case is ripe to be settled through negotiation or requires immediate court action, he works with his clients to establish a game plan that best addresses their needs. He believes that the most important role that an attorney plays is clearly communicating the potential consequences of every decision a client faces.

A native Arizonan, Morgan grew up in the Phoenix metro area and moved to Tucson, Arizona to attend the University of Arizona where she earned her B.S. in Psychology.

Although Morgan loved Arizona, she always knew that she wanted to live in the Pacific Northwest and enrolled in law school at Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, Washington.

While in law school, Morgan worked as a Rule 9 law clerk for the Torts Section of the Washington State Attorney General’s Office in Spokane and, during her final semester of law school, interned in the Business Law Clinic at Gonzaga’s University Legal Assistance. Additionally, Morgan served as an Associate Editor and Executive Editor of the Gonzaga Journal of International Law and was a member of the Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition team which won Best Oral Argument in the West Region.

In her free time, Morgan enjoys baking, baseball, hot yoga, and exploring the Pacific Northwest.
