Firm Overview

We are dedicated to providing you with custom legal representation, with a strong emphasis on client service. Whether we are working with you regarding estate planning, real estate matters, family law or other disputes, we always consider your desires, goals, and concerns, while striving to reach the best possible outcome for you. Our focus is always on YOU.

Example cases

We recently helped a family who needed to protect assets for their children upon their death. Without our help, a large portion of their estate would have been subject to estate taxes, leaving the children with a much smaller inheritance.
We also aided a client who was accused of non-disclosure (real estate sale) and another who could not close on a home that she contracted to buy. In both cases we were able to limit damages and reach successful outcomes for our clients.
Another client had difficult issues facing him regarding child custody and visitation. He faced the possibility of either not being able to see his children, or of seeing his children under very limited and difficult conditions. We were able to negotiate a solution (with the Court's approval) which allowed him to dramatically increase his custody and visitation rights.

Louis Napoli

I previously worked as a music teacher and as a consultant. Having worked as a teacher helps me work closely with people and understand their needs. Having worked as a consultant helps me recognize desired outcomes, and how to work with people to achieve those outcomes.

My teaching experience helps me to see things from the client's point of view, it also has taught me how to explain things to clients in an easy and understandable way. My consulting background helps me understand desired outcomes, and how to work with people to achieve those outcomes. My liberal arts education helps me analyze facts and research issues.

Working with people; I am consultative.
