Aviv, a founding partner of Levine Segev LLC, has experience in the
areas of immigration, general business matters, and real estate
transactions. Prior to the formation of Levine Segev LLC, Aviv
practiced with a well-known, mid-size, downtown Denver law firm. His
clients include individuals, families and small businesses, employers,
buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, commercial and residential
developers, and banks and other financial institutions.
Avivs impressive legal experience is supplemented by his
significant experience in other fields. In high school, Aviv was a
member of the Israeli National Swim Team. He competed in numerous
international competitions and held a handful of national and
international records. Aviv was hand-selected to join the Israeli
Defense Forces as a Navy Seal, and continued to use his athletic and
intellectual abilities during his service.
Aviv completed his undergraduate degree with flying colors, exemplified
by his perfect 4.0 GPA. Following college, and prior to law school,
Aviv was chosen among a large pool of applicants to participate in the
Urban Fellows Program. As an Urban Fellow, Aviv worked in New York
City, where he assisted the Deputy Commissioner for Strategic Planning
and Programs for the Department of Correction. It was Avivs year as an
Urban Fellow that solidified his desire to become an attorney. Aviv
returned to Denver where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree at the
University of Denver.

Libbi, a founding partner of Levine Segev LLC and a licensed real
estate broker, is a third-generation Coloradoan. Prior to the formation
of Levine Segev LLC, Libbi practiced with a well-known, mid-size,
downtown Denver law firm. Libbi concentrates her practice on real
estate acquisitions and sales, leasing matters, development and finance
transactions, property tax assessments and appeals, business planning
and formation, and estate and charitable planning. Her clients include
individuals, families and businesses, buyers and sellers, landlords and
tenants, commercial and residential developers, and banks and other
Libbis unique educational background has allowed her to better
serve her clients. Earning her Bachelors of Arts from Brandeis
University, both her Juris Doctorate and Masters of Science in Real
Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver, and
an LLM (concentration in taxation and real property) from New York
University, Libbi is able to see the big picture, yet focus on the
important details of each of her clients matters.
Libbi has co-authored numerous publications and has taught at the
University of Denver as an adjunct professor. When she is not wearing
her lawyer hat, broker hat, author hat, or professor hat, Libbi enjoys
spending time with her family and relieving some stress via the
Mark Lee Levine has been a practicing real estate, tax and business attorney, real estate broker, investor, and professor for over 35 years. His clients include individuals, families and businesses, buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, commercial and residential developers, banks and other financial institutions. Mark s expertise has made him a prime expert witness in the areas of real estate, tax, business and brokerage law; this is on a local and on a national level. Mark is a Full professor and the Director of the Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management at the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. He has also lectured throughout the U.S. and internationally. He has written 52 books and over 300 articles. He holds certifications and licenses that include, among others, CCIM, CIPS, CLU, ChFC, CPM, CRB, CRE, CREA, CRS, SRS, GRI, MAI, FRICS, FIABCI, Cert. FIABCI, DREI and GAA. Academic honors include, for example, the American Jurisprudence Prize for Excellence (Contracts and Constitutional Law), ARES Fellow (American Real Estate Society), University of Colorado Distinguished Instructor Award, NAIOP Distinguished Fellow, the Cecil Puckett Award from the University of Denver, and two Fulbright Scholar awards.
He is one of the foremost experts in the U.S. on American and international real estate. He has traveled as an international delegation leader to locations throughout the world. This international work includes Canada, USA, Mexico, Central and So America, Europe, most of Asia, Iceland, Australia, New Zealand and many other locations. Mark has also authored the only US Global text on International Real Estate, now in its 3rd edition.
