Lenze Moss PLC

Lenze Moss PLC

Lenze Moss, PLC (LM) is a law firm dedicated to zealously advocating on behalf of injured individuals. We represent those who have been unjustly harmed, whether by personal injury, defective pharmaceutical products, or a company's wrongdoing.

Firm Overview

LM is proud to have the unique distinction of being led by two women attorneys. As a firm, we strive to adhere to the fundamental premise that providing the highest level of service to the client is the foundation of a successful legal practice.

Our focus is mass tort pharmaceutical drug and device defect litigation, as well as personal injury cases, class action lawsuits, and other types of law wherein individuals are unjustly harmed. We believe in providing a compassionate ear and strong voice on behalf of all of our clients.

The Partners at LM all came together through their work at Sizemore Law Firm, led by J. Paul Sizemore (1970-2014), a recognized trial lawyer who provided exceptional representation on behalf of injured clients. Paul instilled the core values of civility in advocacy, tireless commitment, and compassion for those who have been wronged. These principles have inspired the vision for LM.

Jennifer Lenze

Jennifer is the founding partner of Lenze Moss, PLC. Jennifer studied at the University of San Diego receiving her B.A. in 2002 and Juris Doctorate in 2006. During her time in law school she studied abroad at the Institute on International and Comparative Law, University of Barcelona, Spain and Trinity College, Ireland and was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity.

After law school she began her legal career at the Los Angeles based Plaintiff firm of Girardi & Keese where she worked on large mass tort cases such as Vioxx, Bextra/Celebrex, and Avandia, as well as personal injury cases, environmental suits, and class actions. At GK, Jennifer was honored to receive the distinction of lawyer of the year.

In 2009 Jennifer helped start the Sizemore Taylor firm with a focus on pharmaceutical mass torts and offices in both Alabama and California. Eventually Jennifer branched out to form her own firm, Lenze Law, PLC out of Manhattan Beach, California where she currently resides.

Following the death of her significant other, Paul Sizemore, in June of 2014 Jennifer came on as Practice Administrator of the Sizemore Law Firm. At SLF, Jennifer took over the role of managing the firm and assumed Paul's leadership positions in the Zoloft, Granuflo and Crestor JCCP coordinated proceedings. She went on to gain committee positions in the Xarelto MDL as well as co-liaison counsel of the Paxil JCCP.

The formation of LKM in December of 2015 represents to Jennifer the culmination of hard work and commitment of dedicated colleagues and friends. She is proud to go forward representing the interests of injured people against the giant pharmaceutical and medical device companies, continuing the work she and Paul were both so passionate about during their life together.

Jennifer is a mom of three boys and enjoys being with her kids, traveling, working out and reading.
