Mr. Zhang received his Bachelor of Art in English Literature from a college in China. He received his Juris Doctor from Cleveland Marshall College of Law, Cleveland State University in 2001. He is licensed to practice law in the States of Illinois and Ohio. He is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He is also admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth, Seventh and Ninth Circuits. Mr. Zhang has been a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association since 2002.

Mr. Zhang has represented hundreds of foreign nationals before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, Executive Office of Immigration Reviews and the U.S. Courts of Appeals to obtain their legal rights to stay in the U.S. Mr. Zhang has also represented the U.S. business entities in petitioning their foreign workers for a variety of work visas.
