THE LAW OFFICES OF WILLIAM NAMNATH
1434 Third St., Ste D
William is dedicated to helping the Napa community with their Social Security Disability needs. He has represented claimants at Social Security administrative hearings in San Rafael, Oakland, Sacramento and San Francisco, and the Appeals Council.
We are committed to helping people in need. Over 60% of Social Security Disability applications are turned down initially - most of these are legitimate cases that simply need more complete information, expert help with the required documentation, or different medical opinion. If you or someone you love is out of work, we want to help.
We have offices in Napa and San Rafael. We are Local Attorneys representing people with disabilities. We help with applications, appeals and hearings for Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI). There is never a charge for a consultation or advice. Call for an appointment at your convenience. We travel to our clients' locale or homes, too. Your case is handled by a licensed attorney at all times, and you will always speak with an attorney when you call or write.
How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?
A successful application, appeal or hearing is a life-changing event for my clients. This is why winning a case brings so much joy and meaning to my work. Though the benefits are not financially large, they often make enough of a difference to escape poverty or homelessness and ease personal and family stress. No one wants to be disabled, but those who find themselves unable to work are left without options. The Social Security Disability Insurance program helps working, tax-paying citizens in a time of dire need.
What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others
I am a licensed California attorney. Prior to passing the California State Bar in 2004 at the age of 24, I graduated in the top 20% from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, CA. I earned three First Honors Awards for the top grade in a class, and made Dean's List my second and third years in school. I was an associate justice on the Scott Moot Honors Board. I clerked for the United States Department of Justice in Washington, DC. I graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a Double Major in Economics and Environmental Studies. During college, I interned for the White House through the Council on Environmental Quality.
What distinguishes your law firm from others?
A lot of other firms will have your claim handled by a case manager with no legal training, and an attorney will have little to no contact until the day of the hearing. I am a local attorney, focusing on clients in my home community. I do all of my own work, so your case will be handled by me and me alone from start to finish. When you call or email, you will be speaking directly with me 100% of the time.
