Bankruptcy & Debt Settlement
I am dedicated to providing my clients with the personal representation they deserve. I am a hometown lawyer who lives in the Johnstown-Altoona area. My family lives and works here.

You deserve the local lawyer who will give you the personal attention you pay for - not an out of town attorney from far away.

I represent individuals who file for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy.

Among other things, bankruptcy can stop:

Utility shut offs
Bank account garnishments

Bankruptcy can also help eliminate:

Credit Card debt
Person loans
Medical Bills

Bankruptcy can also help with:

Tax issues

If you are behind on your mortgage payments, bankruptcy can also help you retain your home.

If you qualify, it may even be possible to eliminate a subordinate mortgage.

Please call me at (814) 240 -1013 for the fresh start you deserve.

My services include:

Chapter 13 Bankruptcy
Chapter 7 Bankruptcy
Debt Settlement

Payment Plans are offered and the initial consultation is free.

How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

In recent years, the economy has taken a significant downturn. The corresponding recovery has been slow in coming. Many people in the Johnstown-Altoona area are suffering and hurting.

Bankruptcy can be a powerful financial tool to help individuals get a fresh start. I am dedicated to providing affordable bankruptcy services along with a high degree of personal attention.

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others?

I have helped many individuals in the Johnstown-Altoona area through Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies. I understand the problems and difficulties my clients face and am dedicated to giving them the fresh start they deserve.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

When I represent you, you will get full service from a licensed attorney. I do not "farm out" legal work to paralegals or bankruptcy specialists. My clients get my full personal attention.
