How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?
In recent years, the economy has taken a significant downturn. The corresponding recovery has been slow in coming. Many people in the Johnstown-Altoona area are suffering and hurting.
Bankruptcy can be a powerful financial tool to help individuals get a fresh start. I am dedicated to providing affordable bankruptcy services along with a high degree of personal attention.
What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others
I have helped many individuals in the Johnstown-Altoona area through Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies. I understand the problems and difficulties my clients face and am dedicated to giving them the fresh start they deserve.
What distinguishes your law firm from others?
When I represent you, you will get full service from a licensed attorney. I do not "farm out" legal work to paralegals or bankruptcy specialists. My clients get my full personal attention.
I was born in Elmira, NY and raised in the Bangor, Maine area. I went to college in Maine and afterwards served in the U.S. Army.
After my term of service in the Army, I attended law school in Washington, D.C. and then practiced law in Texas.
After moving to Johnstown, I worked for a law firm representing individuals in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies.
I opened up my own office and specialize in consumer bankruptcy law and debt settlement.
I am a member of the following organizations:
Pennsylvania Bar Association
State Bar of Texas (inactive member)
