Is your firm willing to help a client with one discrete part of a case, without taking on the whole case?

We usually help clients with all aspects of their personal injury accident cases.

What are your policies about dividing work within the firm to make the process most cost-effective for the client?

As all cases are handled on a contingent fee basis, clients owe us nothing unless we are successful in the resolution of their case.

How frequently does your firm use mediation, arbitration, or collaborative law to resolve cases?

Florida Judges generally require all personal injury cases in litigation to proceed to mediation prior to trial.

Does your firm provide pro bono legal services or otherwise participate in your community?

We are actively involved in the "Put Something Back" legal probono service. We also sponsor Stand Among Friends and their Center for the Study of Neurological Disabilities at Florida Atlantic University. We proudly sponsor the City of Plantation Athletic League. However, we are most proud of our volunteer work with READING FOR LIFE, a community based volunteer project to support literacy.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

Our goal is to get our clients the compensation they need to get their lives back together after they are injured by the negligence of others. We handle all types of personal injury cases, including those involving motor vehicle collisions, defective products, medical negligence, incidents on cruise ships, water sports incidents, including those unfortunate cases of drowning or near drowning, and jet ski or personal water craft collisions. Through our involvement in the legislative process and various charitable organizations, including Stand Among Friends, an organization whose purpose is to research and cure neurologic disorders, including paralysis, we represent clients from across the entire United States, Canada, England, and throughout Central and South America.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

We encourage clients to investigate legal issues themselves, but believe that our knowledge and experience provide a strong foundation for the successful prosecution of all personal injury accident cases.

Is your firm willing to review documents prepared by clients?

We are always willing to help accident victims; however, as experienced personal injury attorneys we believe our expertise provides clients with the best chance for success with their case.

Is your firm willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

While we gladly offer, free no obligation consultations, we discourage accident victims from handling their cases themselves. Defendants and insurance companies have the benefit of attorney's help from the outset of cases, so should accident victims.

Joesph Lipsky

We have had the honor of helping accident victims in the State of Florida for the past 20 years.

As all cases are handled on a contingent fee basis, clients owe us nothing unless we are successful in the resolution of their case.
