Chantel Fitting

Chantel Fitting graduated from the University of California, Davis with a Bachelors of Arts degree. She continued her education at Hastings College of the Law where she received a Juris Doctorate degree in 1999. She has practiced civil litigation exclusively for over 11 years with an emphasis on personal injury cases, developing an expertise in evaluating complex medical damages as a result of life-altering injuries.

Chantel has successfully tried numerous jury cases and arbitrations in several Bay Area counties with millions of dollars in awards for her clients. She is an active member of the Consumer Attorneys of California and also serves on the Board of Directors as Vice President for the San Mateo County Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Ilya Frangos received his Juris Doctorate Degree from UC Hastings College of the Law with an emphasis in Criminal Law, and received his Bachelor's Degree from UC Berkeley in Rhetoric. During law school, Mr. Frangos received the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Trial Advocacy, and was nominated for having the Best Brief in his Appellate Advocacy Class.
