At the Law Offices of Bo Katzakian in Santa Clara, Alameda and Contra Costa Counties, we provide experienced representation in workers' compensation cases.

Given that the legal process is often complex and unfamiliar for most of our clients, we walk our clients through their legal concerns to give them a greater sense of understanding about the challenges involved. Attorney Katzakian is an experienced, bilingual attorney who can provide a level of personal service and attention that goes beyond that of larger, more impersonal law firms. When you have questions or concerns regarding workers' compensation, we will address them in a timely and professional manner, and not pass you around to associates or secretaries who will not be able to provide adequate answers and information.

While Mr. Katzakian is also an experienced litigator who represents clients at trial, when appropriate, we also use means of alternative dispute resolution such as mediation, arbitration and/or collaborative laW to resolve client issues more efficiently and to save our clients money.

As a sole practitioner, the client can be sure that they are getting more bang for their legal buck as I will be able to handle the most specific legal aspects of the case while leaving administrative tasks to the appropriate support staff.

Where appropriate, we do prefer to use mediation, arbitration and/or collaborative law as a means of resolving the client's legal issues more quickly, more efficiently and at reduced overall cost to the client.

Does your firm provide pro bono legal services or otherwise participate in your community?

Yes, we are involved in a variety of non-profit and legal aid centers in multiple communities throughout the south SF bay area.

It is our mission to walk our clients through their legal concerns so that they have have a greater sense of empowerment and understanding of the challenges involved in a lawsuit. In that regard, an educated client is a client who is better able to work in partnership with the attorney, which leads to more efficient problem solving.
