The firm has advised on a variety of cases from smaller disputes to multi-million dollar disputes both initiating lawsuits, and defending lawsuits.

How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

After receiving an Economics Degree from University of California, San Diego, Nick Heimlich went to Wake Forest Law School in North Carolina. Upon returning to California, and practicing the law it was evident that Mr. Heimlich enjoyed assisting business owners with their legal problems. This has been the focus of the Law Offices of Nicholas D. Heimlich since then.

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others?

The firm has litigated against firms of a variety of sizes from individual attorneys to mid-size firms to large firms. Our key focus is on trying to achieve our client's objectives from our advice, whether that be forming a corporate entity or working toward resolving a lawsuit. This focus has allowed us to achieve satisfactory results in many cases.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

I work on achieving good results, without simple starting a war over small items. We focus on what is important with our attention to detail and that helps us serve our client's well. We also are well respected by other attorneys for our work and often receive referrals from other attorneys.
