When you need legal representation, you want to feel confident that the person representing you is a skilled attorney who can vigorously represent you with the legal matter at hand. There are certain important qualifications an attorney should have that can make a significant difference in the outcome of your case. Some of the factors to consider in choosing a lawyer include: Do they have a personal interest in your case and its outcome? Can they provide you with the time and personal attention you deserve and explain how they will handle your case? Will your attorney return your calls promptly and give you regular updates on the status of your case? Will they work aggressively on your behalf and use litigation as needed to negotiate on your behalf? Michael S. Martin, P.C. strives to offer you all of these, and at reasonable rates.
The Law Offices of Michael S. Martin specializes in bankruptcy law. For those who are facing tough decisions regarding their finances, it is important that you have confidence that there is someone who can help you through this difficult time with debt solutions. There are several available resolutions which include chapter 7 or chapter 13, among others. We can give you the truth about some common bankruptcy myths, explain the bankruptcy process and help with foreclosure defense or a short sale if you are facing the threat of losing your home.
