Law Offices of Michael P. Gerace

We are a small firm in Worcester, MA dedicated to fighting for our clients and bringing close personal attention to their cases and needs. We handle criminal matters, some civil matters and appeals.

Firm Overview

As a small firm, we bring focus and dedication to every client because we simply can't afford not to. That means understanding the legal problems and needs of our clients and finding the best possible outcomes or resolutions available to them.

We concentrate on criminal matters and a select few areas of civil practice. For criminal matters, we handle OUI (drunk driving), drug offenses, crimes of violence and larceny offences, among others.

For personal injury matters, we handle auto accidents, dog bites, slip and falls, premises liability and other forms of basic negligence.

We also handle divorces and related matters.

A noted strength of our firm is our active appellate practice, handling both criminal and civil appeals. When you believe the trial court got your case wrong resulting in the wrong judgment, you may want to appeal.

On the civil side, we handle appeals in family law, personal injury and business disputes.

On the criminal side, we have handled appeals involving drug and gun offenses, crimes of violence (such as assault and battery type offenses), drunk driving (OUI), larceny offenses, resisting arrest, to name a few.

We will also pursue motions for new trial if warranted.
