Child Custody
Our firm handles the full range of custody matters. From amicable to highly contentious cases, we offer consistent expertise and attention to detail.
We know that children are the priority. After a split, continuity and consistency are the best for kids and sometimes that can be difficult to achieve. When clients present custody cases, they rely on our expertise to ensure the best interests of their children are being considered.

In awarding custody, the Court will base its decision upon what is in the best interest of the child. There are many factors that can determine who is given custody. Some of these factors relate to current living arrangements and how the child is faring in those living conditions. Other issues in deciding custody can involve the parents' lifestyle, mental health or a history of criminal activity or substance abuse.

Because the nature of these proceedings can be highly contentious, it is always best to consult with an attorney who specializes in custody matters. There are many avenues available to safeguard the best interests of the child which should always be the primary consideration.

Litigation can be costly to both the parents and the children, so we try to help our clients resolve issues outside of the Courtroom. Drafting a Custody Stipulation for our clients and presenting it to the parties can usually facilitate negotiation between the parents. The Stipulation contains detailed arrangements, customized to fit the needs of the family.

Our attorneys can present and analyze all the available options, costs, and consequences. Being informed is the most valuable asset a parent can have during a custody battle.

Michael Kuldiner

Michael has been a long time resident of the Lower Bucks County area. After high school, he went on to obtain his Bachelor of Arts degree from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. While there, he not only held an executive position with his Kappa Sigma fraternity, but also maintained exceptional academic standing during his undergraduate studies.

Michael attended New England School of Law in Boston, where he completed his law degree in only two and a half years, making him one of the youngest lawyers admitted to the Bar in Pennsylvania. During his time at NESL, Michael served as Editor-in-Chief of the student publication, Due Process, a campus publication of student and faculty articles, satire and reflections on the enactment of new legislation. Michael had final responsibility for the operations and policies of its campus wide distribution as well as authoring his own pieces for the magazine. He maintains this passion today with a strong web presence, sharing legal articles and news on a daily basis with friends and colleagues via numerous channels of social media.

Michael was also initiated as a member of the International Legal Fraternity, Phi Delta Phi, the oldest professional fraternity still in existence. More judges, governors, American Bar Association presidents, Association of American Law School presidents and law school Deans have come from the ranks of Phi Delta Phi than from any other legal fraternity.
