Bankruptcy is all we do! We are truly caring and compassionate during this very difficult time. Our attorneys have a combined experience of over 65 years of helping individuals, families, and small businesses reduce or completely eliminate debt.
Filing bankruptcy is a big decision and should not be taken lightly. Bankruptcy is usually the last resort. By the time a person considers filing bankruptcy they have already borrowed what they can from family members and friends and taken loans from retirements. They have tried "debt management plans" or even consolidation loans. They have tried everything else they can think of to find a way out of the mess they find themselves in. Many, many times people find that the things they did to try to avoid bankruptcy actually hurt them more than filing bankruptcy itself. After filing bankruptcy people are happy to find that since they are no longer paying the debt payments they are now able to buy their child that pair of shoes they need or buy new tires for the car. They can actually fill the gas tank up instead of just putting a few dollars in "to get by".

Our practice is focused on helping people when they need it the most. We are compassionate and understanding and we truly care about our clients. The bankruptcy process can be very difficult and confusing but we make it the easiest it can be.

How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

We tried criminal law, contract law, and family law before deciding to focus on bankruptcy. We found that in other areas of law the client is never truly happy with the result. We discover that in bankruptcy can a client truly get the help they are looking for.

When people come in for the consultation they are often depressed, scared, and just like life has beaten them down. Then they find out how a bankruptcy can help them and the relief they feel shows in their faces and how they carry themselves. they often leave the office happy and even laughing.

We help people stop foreclosures and they are able to stay in their homes. We save clients hundreds and thousands of dollars by stopping wage garnishments. With the garnishment stopped they are able to pay their utilities and buy food for their families.

We stop cars from being repossessed so clients are able to get to work and earn their paychecks so they can pay their living expenses instead of most of their debt payments going to interest on purchases they made where they don't even remember what they bought.

We get to go home at the end of the day and feel very good because we help people who desperately need it.

That is why we do bankruptcy.
